Home Care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using an answering service and on-call procedures after normal hours, weekends, and holidays. As needed staff may be assigned to do the services as per the client’s needs and request.
Our home care services are provided by the following care professionals:
- Homemaker means an individual who has experience or training in the performance of homemaker services.
- Personal care aide means a person who has successfully completed the basic nurse aide course in the State of Hawaii approved nurse aide training program or an equivalent course or has successfully completed course work qualifies a person as a certified or licensed health care professional. The Department of Health State of Hawaii reserves the right to determine an equivalent course.
ACE 1 LLC dba: A CARE OF EXCELLENCE provides home care services to clients, who may require assistance in their own homes, temporary or permanent residence to assist in the maintenance and retention of their independence and well-being. These services are responsive to the distinct needs of the client and community and are delivered by qualified home care workers.

All Home Care Services provided shall be in accordance with the State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Chapter 11-700 Hawaii Administrative Rule (HAR).
